Things drawn on lined paper are usually considered sketches and don't fair well in the portal anyway. She's cute though. Her neck is a bit wide and she's missing an eye ;P ...you could try recreating her digitally. There are free apps out there (check the art101 user page for a list).
There's also a thread in the art forum where people draw each others characters in their own style. You should post her there ...just for fun.
Good luck with the next pic. Keep it away from water (unless it's a watercolor painting, in which case... you kinda need the water!)
